PayPal
The main payment method that is fast and reliable for us and our customers. When paying to Paypal, the transfer fee is paid by our flower shop. We recommend using this payment method for our customers who are not in Thailand or do not have an account with any Thai bank. Fast payment with PayPal is very convenient for instant order confirmation when you want to sent a bouquet of flowers in Pattaya on the day of order or in the coming days. When you select Paypal for payment on the checkout page, payment is made in the Paypal payment gateway. To pay in manual mode, you will receive additional information with payment details to your email. If you did not receive an email with payment details 2 minutes after placing an order in our store, please check the Spam folder (and the Promotions folder if you use Google Mail). When paying with Paypal, we receive automatic confirmation of payments and you do not need to additionally inform us about the successful payment.
Direct Bank Transfer
The second popular way to pay for bouquets is at our flower shop in Pattaya. You can make a direct transfer of the required amount to our account in Kasikorn Bank. Money transfers within Thailand (from the account of any Thai bank to our bank account) are confirmed instantly. If you live in another country, the payment confirmation may take from 1 to 5 banking days, so we recommend that you use this payment method not for urgent orders or in cases when you are our verified customer. To make a direct transfer from your account in any country in the world to our account in a Thai bank without commission and at the best market rate, we recommend using TransferWise. You will find complete information about our bank account for payment in the email after confirming the order by the store manager Flowers-Pattaya.com. Please provide a valid email address during checkout. If you did not receive an email with payment details 2 minutes after placing an order in our store, please check the Spam folder (and the Promotions folder if you use Google Mail).
Credit and Debit cards
Currently, you can use your bank cards to pay for your order in Flowers-Pattaya in two ways.
1) Direct payment by credit card through the GB Prime Pay payment gateway. You can use credit and debit cards (VISA, Mastercard, American Express, JCB) with 3D-Secure technology. After choosing this payment method on the checkout page, you must enter your card details on the opened secure GB Prime Pay page and confirm the payment via SMS from your bank or banking application on your smartphone.
2) Through the Wise.com international transfer service (transfer from a card (or bank account) to our bank account with a minimum fee. The service operates in 175 countries and supports about 50 currencies. As a rule, the fee is about 0.5-2 USD / EURO, while the real market exchange rate is used. The service requires a simple registration (your email and phone number) and already on the main page you can select the currency of your country and see the size of the commission. MIR PAY
We have added a new payment method: direct transfer from a bank card of the MIR payment system. You can make a transfer from your MIR card to another card, the number of which will be provided to you by our support service. Please note that when using this payment method, we use the services of paid intermediaries, whose commission rate is 10% of the amount. In turn, we increase the total order amount by 5% when paying using this method.
Proof of payment
If you paid for the order using a direct bank transfer, Wise or when you paid Paypal manually, please inform us about the successful payment. For this indicate the payment details and the number of your order (you can see it in the order details).
